We are active women. We are active in mind, body, and spirit. We believe active involvement in our community and the world is why we exist. It is our spiritual purpose. We strive to create awareness of our place in this world and how we can better serve it.
How can we do this?
By believing in the power of sisterhood and the beauty of the human spirit. A rising tide lifts all boats. Together we lift, support, and inspire one another. SWAT offers recreation with other like minded women while RE-creating a greater sense of Self and purpose.
